If he slapped your friend, he can be charged for assault. Note that I don't know much about law, so if that's the incorrect legal term, someone correct me, but he did physically injure your friend. Also, dropping him off far away from his car MIGHT be an offense, but as I said, I don't know law.

You do realize what y'all did was wrong, but I'm assuming you're only sorry that you were caught, not that you did it. I don't want to lecture you, but you knew better.

There's nothing y'all can do but let it play out. Be prepared to face the consequences for your actions, though.

Assault and battery on a minor. Guarantee if you threaten this, he'll drop whatever charges were going to put pushed on you two. It is very serious.

Obviously you hacked the school, and it was wrong of you to do so, but you guys are minors, there's not much they can do to you about this. Especially now that he has assaulted your friend because of it. YES, what this IT did is illegal, I'm quite sure he'll lose his job over this. First of all, he's a crappy IT, second of all, he hit a minor. Yeah, this guy won't be working at this school again. Tell your friend to call the school immediately, involve his parents, and get the local police/deputy (assuming you're in the united states) ASAP/IMMEDIATELY. I can just about say that not "much" will happen about the hacking incident because of the assault, but I can't say "nothing" will happen, just be on your toes, be honest, don't lie about anything.

I want to say lastly, make SURE your parents are involved in this, they most likely will be, but doublecheck and make darn sure. You guys look at your parents as the almighty "you're grounded", "buttwippin", etc. etc. kind of people, but when it comes down to something like this, your parents are often the best defended and protector you will ever have, trust them for that.
