You misspelled your link. The correct link is http://forums.darcscript.com

Nice use of IPB forum software. The skin is very attractive (credits to ToXiC) and the sections are easy to navigate. The shoutbox is a nice addition and so are the Top Posters and Top Forums sidebars.

I do not think you need both a General Discussion and Off Topic section. Delete Off Topic. Forum descriptions for Beginner Hacking, Beginner Hacking, Website and Forum Hacking and Hacking Tools and Programs need to be rewritten. They are too similar to Omniscient's forum descriptions.

I wish you well with growing your forum.

The RSS text "DarcScript" is rather small, but maybe that's just my resolution.

I absolutely hate shoutboxes. I don't see what they add to a forum. But, it's your forum. I would recommend removing it, though. At least remove it until you have the users to fill it.

Capitalizing Every Word Looks Very Unprofessional.

The forum descriptions have small text and are rather obnoxious (all caps). You should use proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Be short and to the point. Leave any details for a sticky explaining the forum's purpose.

I hate forums where you must be registered to view threads. I'm not going to register simply for the sake of seeing if I enjoy it, and I doubt many guests will either. Having to register and then verify your e-mail (and risk getting it spammed) without knowing if you even want to join is not well liked at all.

Good luck.

I agree with the similar description I will talk to toxic about it as he is in charge on that project of mine as I work on a new website project Big Grin.

I agree with this sentiment. I use a temporary inbox when the purpose is for review.

Some forums run the risk of leeching so I understand the need to keep them private.
