The F.E.A.R. installation really has lived up to it's name. Scary as hell. But for me, 1 was scarier than 2.

Games don't really scare me so I couldn't say.
But if I had to I would say dead space probably gave me a few good shivers at the beginning of the game, after playing it you got used to everything.

For me Its Resident Evil 1, 2 and 3 but 4 and 5 doesn't look scary for me because most zombies there knows a lot of things like using bazooka which makes the game hilarious.
