250+ Posts Allowed To Give Reps

I agree with this idea. People with lower post count shouldn't be allowed to give reputation points, it can be seriously abused. I suggest maybe create a primary usergroup for users with 250+ posts, so that they can give reputation.

I doubt that very much. Not many people would have the will to spam 250 posts on the boards just to piss someone off.

Why not reputation and post count for users to be able to give reputation.

For example: For someone to give other users reputation, they would need to have 5+ Reputation and 150+ posts.
