Wtf, I always write that I don't own things, and who own them. And I did all that. But they give me warning and disable videos. Videos are AMVs. Like ths.

So, I have 2 warning against my account and both of my disbutes have failed. Acctualy, 1 dispute went thro and then it failed like 2 months past. Like now. Help meh. My account is TheNomNomCat.

You saying you posted the same exact same thing ^^ This guy did? And it got deleted? And you got a warning?

first of all, im stealing the name 8D, and as for the disputes, do as a I do, send dispute after dispute, eventually theyll let it go on the shear basis that they dont wanna see another one.

Maybe you can try sending a message to YouTube. I have one strike against my account without warning. If you send them a message saying you made a mistake you might be able to get the warnings removed, but apparently if you get 3 strikes on your account they remove all your videos and suspend your account.

If they don't reply, then you're in a bad position at which point I'd recommend you only use royalty-free music or try to get permission from someone who'll let you use their songs for free.

I have never tried sending multiple disputes as Fallenour said.

It doesn't matter if you state that you don't own them. It doesn't change the fact that you are using their copyrighted material in your media.

Youtube uses an automated system which tracks and "listens" to all videos put up.

So, in theory, I believe if you speed up a track, or change it's pitch; It will bypass the filter.
