I reported over a 100 posts of spam last evening. It's a mess.

Don't worry, those that are spamming are being dealt with and believe me, most of them will leave before long when they find out that they won't get their award due to the low quality of their posts. There was one member, which I'm sure the majority of you all know and reported, who copied and pasted the same thing over and over again. That's just lame in my eyes.

trilobyte- instantly bans members who are posting low quality posts and spam so if I'm not online, PM him and he'll ban them without a doubt. There are some pretty decent, high quality posters that have come over but the low quality posters are ruining it for the rest of us. I like the activity boost but I hate the spam. I'm finding it hard to find a thread of which I can actually reply to, seen as there's a group of spammers all aiming to achieve that Support Feather award over at Hack Forums.

Ah well, it'll soon die down and we'll be left with nothing but high quality posters and a peaceful community once more.
