Yes I can do that. However I was looking for a cheaper solution. They charge $60 just to look at it and about 100 to replace it. Since they have to tear it appart to the Motherboard sand solder.

To be safe go to a repair shop. If you do not know what you are doing you do not want to ruin it even more before you end up paying more getting another problem fixed.
