Try getting more sleep and eat better.
Dreams are the product of brain activity while you sleep. If you are sleep deprived, or aren't getting enough vitamins/minerals, your brain won't produce dreams as frequently, if at all.

My dreams are often vivid and I try to forget them as soon as I wake up. I think you are lucky to not have that problem.

You just do not remember your dreams. Once I had a "Dream Streak" in which I dreamed about what I enjoyed most which was Sex. I thought a lot about it throughout the day in order to get a dream. Some people can Lucid dream without a problem. That is very difficult for me.

Some people are capable of it. I wish I can get those amazing dreams again. The best part is I can actually have the feeling of it all.. For instance, I feel the mood of sex in my sleep. It is quite odd but is very good to have dreams like that. I think certain dreams occur from feelings you get before you sleep or during your sleep. For instance, if someone hit you in your sleep I predict you may have a dream about something involving you feeling the pain if you manage to remember it. Dreaming is a immensely interesting thing that has been having a lot of research done on it.

Yea I have had many of these experiences, one time when i was like 6 I could remember me dreaming of me going to the bathroom and urinating... Actually I was wetting the bed. LOL

Exactly. I had a dream of me in my pool.. I sort of let it out since you know people usually do that.. I once had a dream I was drowning in a library. Maybe that day I was swimming. Not sure but as I said sometimes you can get the feelings from before you even sleep. That feeling was probably during sleep since it was before I got my tonsils removed and I had trouble breathing.

Well of course its hard to remember your dreams , i dream alot , but when i wake up , i remember NOTHING.
Only the creepy ones are the ones i remember =P (Rarely happens tho)
