A .com is always better. Better view on the site, more traffic, more daily members and so on. A .com is used everywhere and if the first a person will type in without knowing the tld

Agreed. If you ask someone to visit a *.info site, it seems suspicious.

You may to get a *.com domain.

On the other hand a .info is cheaper and if the domain name is unique and is with a good active site then it wont matter.
But still a .com over .info
.com over all actually
But a .gov looks cooler xD

.info is meant for information obviously. In this world, (HF & SF), it's commonly used to promote a product someone is selling, like a crypter or something. The value is very low, unless it's a very good domain (california.info, for example, is a good domain.)

Well i know that people host forums and everything on a .info
vbteam.info for example for cracking VB
it all depends how far you go but year for the most part its not really used for anything professional.

Anyone who says a .com is better than a .info is not well educated.

.com domains are commercial domains. .info domain are informational domains.

A .com is better then a .info
I know its for different topics but most of the people that search the net will type in .com when not knowing the TLD.
Other then that a .com is more trusted and viewed as a better site then a .info
(Meaning i have seen many people complain that someones site is not a .com)
