[HELP] computer's down

My computer's been corrupted everything's deleted even the windows xp is deleted. Can anybody help me?

I have had this happen alot actually. I have never found a solution to it.
There are a few places that will attempt to recover all your lost data using techniques most don't have access to, but they normally charge.

If you don't have anything important on your PC, just format and start from scratch. All you can do really.

Everything's important in there my school files are in there. Can you help me with my computer? How can I fix it?

I'll do my best.

1.Download a linux live iso and burn it to a CD. (anyone with basic knowledge can do this, If not, google.)

2. put disc in PC, it should boot to menu. Choose the option that says "try with no changes to my computer"

3. In about 5 minutes, it will boot to a desktop, go to "computer" Then choose you're windows partition.

4. Insert a flash drive, and drag and drop you're important files to the flash drive. Repeat as needed.

Try to boot from your windows xp cd then repair your operating system.
