What firewall you use in Windows 7?

@ACEKIDD01: well i installed it and it was using all my ram! and made my internet sooo slow for weird reasons!

AS3 Personal Firewall is fantastic. I used it whilst I was a Windows 7 user. It's rather advanced but usable. It's also free.

What is the difference between Pc Tools and this one?

PC Tools is known for it's weak layered protection. AS3 isn't known for anything, but it's far from weak. Best firewall I ever used.
Also, PC Tools will prompt you when programs attempt to connect to the internet and so on, AS3 will not, it's does everything automatically, or you can set rules, which is the advanced part.

I haven't use Pc Tools, so I don't know how good it is. Now I'm going to try AS3 instead thanks IBruteforce

Just get AVG Free, dont really need much more than that... Like mentioned above Win7 have a nice default firewall already built-in...

I actually have ESET Smart Security 4 with integrated firewall, but I would like to have more protection.

For right now I'm using AS3, and so far is ok.
