Help Me Get Rid of Search.protectedio.com
#1
I have run into a website http://search.protectedio.com/. It takes over my browser home page, start-up page and search engine. My searches now keep on redirecting to numerous unfamiliar websites. I have tried many web-known certified security protection tool to fix it. The MalwareBytes and Lavasoft seem to offer me efficient solution to remove it, but they eventually ask me to pay for their full version. How can I protect my PC from the destructive activities from http://search.protectedio.com/  Any help will be appreciate. Thanks. Unsure Thumbsup

Many powerful antivirus programs require you to upgrade to the registered version so that you can remove the detected threats. In my opinion, if you want to well protect your PC, spending some money on a reliable antivirus programs is worthy. But if you really want to remove the malware without paying any money, you can just try following the manual removal methods given here. But I cannot ensure the result, since manual removal is always not so effective.
