Would you say minecraft servers are more processor intensive or RAM intensive

Pretty straight forward. ive never done a consumption side by side comparison, but Id like to know for future reference. Has anyone tested this thoroughly before?

On my server web panel, the RAM is the only thing that ever seems to be used. CPU stays at around 4% whilst ram is up in the 60-70 percentile.
And when it uses vanilla minecraft it's at around 10%

I don't know how much CPU the server has but it has 512mb ram.

Sorry Fallenour, it uses TCAdmin so all specs are hidden. I only know the RAM because that's what I was paying for when I purchased the server.
