Hackforums down for just me?

Hello.
I've been trying to get onto hackforums for the past 12 hours, and it just won't let me on. I get a timed out message every time.

I've tried sites like isup.me, and they all say it's down. But when I talked to people on skype, they said it's up for them.

I really don't know what to do, and any help would be appreciated.

They can, hmm, I suggest you to restart your router cause you're neither firewalled nor country blocked.

Try to clear your cache, try different browser.

Re check your host files.

I've managed to connect via a proxy and have contacted the administration for help on getting off the firewall. Thanks for helping anyway.

You're not firewalled tbh. If you get firewalled you get 503 error, if I'm not wrong.

What do you think it will be, then? I can connect to any other website.
(the proxy I'm using also got 'Timed out')
