I've seen recently all the new members join and their first post would be in marketplace they are willing to sell something, I guess this should be changed.
Marketplace should have some post limit or rep limit.
Yesterday I saw a guy who was selling Credit Cards on Marketplace. obviously I reported it but "new" members won't know the rules, so let them get familiar with SF and they are allowed to post on SF Marketplace.
