You don't need any staff for the time being, because you as an administrator aren't doing much and could moderate on your own. And what use do you have for the other administrator?

Mind you, I saw three blue names and two red when I was there.

You're taking this the wrong way, I'm not trying to come off as mean, but I'm giving you a logical suggestion; it can be a bit of a turn off. If you feel the need to have these staff, all the power to you, but I'm just saying, think about it. And about the red, I'm sorry, I had a script that was conflicting with it.

I agree with Alreiger, there's no reason you need any moderators on a forum your size yet. Unless the Administrators perform actions you don't know how to do yourself (and you know them well) then there's no need for any more Admins either.

You don't need to ask that, it's none of our business, all we need to know is that they have a purpose and aren't getting the title for aesthetic reasons.
