I really dont like the top links. They look lost and unprofessional.
Contain them somehow in a navbar or something and have them below the banner.
Honestly i really dont like the look of it.
I understand its your first attempt and based on that its a good try but certainly nothing i would ever use.
Not being harsh just honest.
