Too much bevel and the glow doesn't fit the color theme at all. When starting out I notice people try to use a lot of stroke or too much glow or lots of bevel. Try to reduce doing all of that and depend on imagination and creativity more than the default layer effects in Photoshop.

I would rate your signature a 5/10 its not amazing but its not bad. Rather simple but its all about your personal preference.

Turn off the outer glow effect and it will look better.
