Are Ipads worth the money?

Remember that you can always get another tablet, iPad isn't the only one.

I heard the Nook Color rooted is pretty badass especially if you can find one for like $150 or less. You can also get a nice netbook for like $300 or less too.

In all honesty, I bought an iPad off a local forum for used electronics. Gen 1 for 100$ the guy didn't think it was right for him. I use it on the go, it's faster then surfing on my iPhone 4 and its much lighter then carrying around a laptop with you.

Worth it ? Yes

I my self think that the Apple products are just a pile of crap and are just hyped up for the brand name and price.

People think: more money = better.

You can get an even better windows pc without paying 1k

Well, you could get a very good laptop for around the same price of an iPad these days, probably even less. They need to consider lowering the prices or increasing the features.
