For free you can use AVG. But you can use a paid one for free
(I recommend Eset nod32) There are several tutorials on how to get the paid version for free!

Avira free antivirus is best for you. And also you can install comodo firewall. They both will make perfect combination.
And they both are free.

A good, err.... Decent anti-virus is AVG. I'd rather not use it, as I am not using an Anti-virus at the moment, but I'd rather crack some keys for ESET NOD32. It is a great anti-virus to use, and it has good protection. Good luck.
