If you have another form of transportation then yes.
But if thats the only thing you have, just use it.

I have googled it before but every site says something different.
What can/should I do for storing my car in the garage durring winter?
I would prefer not to spend any money on doing this, but I guess I can set a budget of $200 for it if it is really needed.
You should take care of some facts to save your car to leave the handbrake off and remove the car battery, which i think you know. Manually turn the engine over a couple of times during this season of winter.

The most important thing is, that you run it at least once or twice a week to keep it in good condition.

I think it's a good idea to do that if you want to take the time to do so. It keeps the fuel mixture nice and mixed and make sure that it doesn't just gum up inside your engine.
