[PREVIEW] Reactor VB.net Theme

Just wanted to get this out somewhere so I could get some feedback. MSN doesn't do it justice. What do you guys think? Is it worth something?
By the way, it is all in GDI. No themeBase used. It also has PERFECT functionality, meaning Tabbing into TextBoxes, perfectly worked TabIndexes, etc.
Let me know what SF thinks...

I might. For now, it is mostly about function and professionalism. When I find 2 blues and 2 reds that go together, I will release a way to change the colors with ease. Thanks for the suggestion!
