You have a simple and clean theme right there.
I like how it some of its features are similar to xbox.com's theme.

Also, I do agree on what Fragma said about the Admin and Mod CP being in the bottom.

The theme it self is in the basic starting stages, all that will be done towards the end.

I would ask Xbox to make a forum and sell them the theme it would suit theme

It looks pretty good, similar to the Xbox website.
Not sure about it entirely though, there's quite a large amount of green colouring.
Nonetheless - I'd love to see this MyBB theme in usage,
It'll make a great edition to MyBB considering there's not a lot of Xbox based themes available right now.

Not sure about the very top left where the house image is and name, what's the use of this?
I personally dislike white themes as well.
