Depends who you are and what you do. For instance if your a College student and have intensions of using the iPad as a replacement for a laptop then don't. My friend tried to make this decision and it totally bit him in the ass at the end. If you just want an iPad just for the use of an iPad like at home and such. I'd say that'd be pretty nice only if you have the money of course.

My mother has one and I hate it. Its absololutwly pointless and I would never own one.

A Euro is like 2 US Dollars, and ipads are $500, so your paying twice as much for an iPad in europe :/

imo they really aren't worth the money, as a few above me said, if you but it used it might be.

Although, they can be useful in place of a laptop for someone who just wants to use FB, E-mail, Twitter etc.

I've heard from my friends that they are nice. I personally would prefer a kindle fire or an andriod tab.

I have an iPhone 4 so I see no reason for myself to have an iPad 2. Might be different if you can't get the iPhone
