Are books from Rockable Press good? I can't decide. I want to buy a book that teach Javascript. A good book for beginner. I know HTML and CSS. Any suggestions?

Don't ever buy a book to learn a language. The amount of resources you'll find off Google is tremendous.

If I can access the Internet everywhere anytime, then I won't buy a book. I'm still in High school. I need a book to read.

Really... you should be in front of a computer when trying to learn how to program. But that's just my opinion.

There's really no point in buying books, you can learn from free sites; such as: w3schools.net
