The official themes board is for themes that the Forum Source team has created... At the moment we haven't created any custom plugins, so there's no need for that board. We definitely will be in the future though so that's a possibility. Though, we are currently working on a theme area to display our themes and allow users to download them directly from our site... This will look a lot better and more professional than just listing them in a board.
