Can't upgrade to 4.3.x nor start my iPhone 4
#1
Hey!

Well, I can't start my iPhone 4 anymore.
I plugged it in, to upgrade to 4.3.3 by holding shift + choose the ipsw. I got an error, 3194. Fixed that, 1013 showed up.
Fixed that, 3194 showed up again (since both is about the hosts file)

So what can I do? I can't restore it to 4.2.1, which I had before, and I can't upgrade it...

Is this iPhone jailbroken? Or is it stock software?

I would just upgrade it to 4.3.5 then downgrade it back to 4.3.3

Haven't tried that. But I couldn't upgrade from 4.2.1 in the first place, so why would it be possible this time?

I don't know try it, you have to play with things in order to get them to work. I had to play with my iPod to get it back to 4.2.1.

I'll just run tethered on 4.3.5 until the 5.0 release is here.
If I'm not able to find a working guide to downgrade 4.3.5 to 4.3.3

Good idea, I stick with what I know works, then when I upgrade I do research to make sure there is no problems upgrading.
