Deaf or Blind if you had to choose?

I would definitly rather be deaf. Being blind would be horrible. No video games, sports, TV, anything.

I share the widely accepted opinion that sight is prioritized before the ability to hear. I would much rather want to see than hear. But then again not knowing what you or others sound like does sound pretty dreadful. I think a more fair question would be, "would you rather want to see or talk.

You mean "others" can use sign language, but that would require them to learn it first so that you could understand them since you can't hear anyone. If you're blind it makes it easier to understand people because you can hear them, but you won't be able to read body language, so you'll have to resort to learning the tone of voice more than others.

I would have to choose deaf, it isn't as bad as being blind in my opinion.

I Would not like to be either. But if i had to i would choose to be "Deaf". Just the thought of not seeing anything, just makes me shiver. You could always have surgery.
