They aren't supposed to. Sam posted a thread to report things like why people can't access HF, I don't know why people have the notion that this is some kind of help documentation forum for HF issues though. Where does it say that anywhere? Yet people still post stuff like this.

Problem's solved though, he's from Egypt, IP ranges in that area were blocked from accessing HF. This thread will now only just become an area for people to post in as a reason and excuse to get closer to the 100 post mark for spammers trying to get a pretty feather on their profile.
