How hard is it to custom build a laptop?
#21
In today's world of high speed processors and the importance of computers in many of our lives it is unsurprising that the laptop has become one of the most important pieces of kit in most people's home and travel set up. It is not too hard to custom build a laptop. You just need to have good knowledge regarding this.

Most people build desktops, but since laptops are much smaller I'd imagine it would be easier.

im just a noob so my advice may be crap but

I took my old laptop apart and I could only get as far as:

removing keyboard, hardrive, 2 ram modules

the WLAN card, and practically everything else was... "bolted/melted" in? as in it will be impossible to remove
this was with a toshiba satelite though

slowly getting better

Theres diffrent parts to it so im gussing it would be a tad bit harder to find the hard ware you want plus it would prob cost more $$

Custom PC is super easy, laptop would be a lot harder, smaller space and compact parts...

Good luck though.
