How can I save ALL my info, like firefox, crome, notepad, ms word, avg, malware bytes, etc?

You mean save programs? You can't unless they are portable.

You can, but why would you? You can't backup your registry settings to move over to a clean install of your Windows OS. Programs make registry entries to function properly. You can backup your bookmarks, but not your web browsers.

Notepad - Why do you need to back this up? It comes with windows on a fresh install

AVG - Personally I wouldn't even use it at all, it's one of the worst AV's to get, free or paid version

It doesn't take long to reinstall a couple of those programs though

That's some really good advice, If i was you i would get microsoft security essentials, I think its the best Av out there and its free, make sure you get the uniblue software to.

I think I can just compile it to a .rar file and send it in my email? Shouls I just do McFee + that other thing

No - the point of my post was to show you that you shouldn't do that at all. You can't transport your registry, and a clean install will make sure that it actually works, because those registry entries will be unmodified and proper/correct.
