Loading problem at start-up.

As said above, return it to geek squad and tell them to fix it / demand a refund... Idk how you mess something like this up (Unless you're geeksquad >.> lol)

Without the cd you can't do much if it's not recognizing your files =/

Run the batch file I mentioned in this post:

Run it from your desktop directly so that the log gets saved to your desktop in a txt file. Copy the contents of the txt file in your next post so I can see if any errors are being returned from sfc.

It's corrupt then, it's just opening a console and closing it, it's not even attempting to start, or giving any errors when it tries to start. Same with your other system32 tools and files.

This happened to me once, I was told my boot drivers were messed up.

It should be a virus or you have a very very old computer.
