Loading problem at start-up.

can you please post screenshot of task manager ? maybe your pc is infected...
I did it, said everything is clean, also my comp runs faster not in safe mode. Also no task manager for now.

Doing a system restore can be one of the worse things you can do...

So let me get this straight, You can't open task manager right?
and what I asked was if it froze when you ran any program, or just certain ones.

Wow, sfc isn't found?

You obviously can open cmd though, provide us with a list of running services and processes on your computer.

Also check your %SystemRoot%\System32 folder for sfc.exe. It should be there, if not. Run your computer up with a startup disk if you have one, and choose System Repair. Reboot, and run System repair one more time to fix the rest of the issues, Then boot up your computer in Safe mode. Open a console and try running:

sfc /scannow

Let it check the integrity of your files and fix any corrupted files where necessary. Reboot your computer in normal mode, and see if you can use your system without issues again.

Really quick, I sent my comp into Geek Squad, and they took things off and added things because my comp, asus, wouldn't run with windows 7. They couldn't change it because it would of voided asus's warrenty.

Sounds like your Geek Squad support were a bunch of lunatics that didn't know what they were doing. Asus can run Windows 7 unless there was an under-requirement on your computer such as insufficient amount of hard drive space or RAM.

So the RAM was the only thing that was upgraded? How much RAM initially and how much was it upgraded to? And what is your Windows 7 build? (also is it 64 or 32 bit?)

You can copy and paste it by selecting everything and clicking the right mouse button, if you have quick edit mode on I believe for your command window. After the right click everything will become deselected in your cmd console, but it will be copied out into your clipboard. Then just paste it here.

Otherwise provide us with a screenshot.

Ew >.> why would you send your stuff into geek squad... they know absolutely nothing at all.

If you could follow the steps were asking you to follow, we can sort this out (possibly)

run check disk if you can - chkdsk in command promt as admin
