[Tutorial] - How to get the 'normal' Windows Start Bar in Windows 7

I actually thought this was common knowledge. I remember when I first got Windows 7, I always look at options and stuff when I get a new OS or Computer and I saw these. I am so happy that I found them because I hated the new task bar design. I guess it is effective for some people, but it was too hard for me to use.
