How would you define a High Quality post or HQ member?

Somebody who shows dedication to a forum, and constantly makes high quality posts. Also I think a key factor is getting involved in the community, getting to know members and stuff.

I would define HQ as:
"A member/post that is full of information. Not lacking in charisma and dynamic, and actively noted on the forum."
