How To Get Free Windows 7 Themes (Easy and fast)

Yeah. I don't plan on purchasing either. This is way tooooo high.

If only there was a free or cheap program to enter like the theme file. The theme folder, also the .exe's and .dll's into this program and just click install theme. If someone made that and sold it for like $5-10 they could be making quite a bit of money. Because people like me are quite obsessed with good looking things. Like everything I own needs to look flashy. I'm so nooby too so I can't design like cool things so I rely on being spoonfed.

You need to page 3 or 4 dll's (system files) in your system drive before you can use them.
