Why is ip log logging incorrectly?

Its reporting my ip login to start with 173 when my ip address don't start in that strange huh
 Edit the ip is very similar to the site ip but not the same I know its in usa.

Nop I dont log in from anywhere other than here and as soon as I logged in from my home pc today it came up as 173 which the ip is from like usa and Im from the uk my ip starts with 86
SAN FRANCISCO CALIFORNIA 94107 isp is cloudflare you think its the site logging itself?

I'm not sure, Omni developed the plugin I believe. I don't have any errors like that in my list. But I do have duplicates.

My IP comes up wrong on many different websites too. There might be an error in the code somewhere.. :S :o
