It's possible (probably) that you've changed access rights.

Right click the Executable and select properties, under the compatibility page, check if the checkbox run as admin is checked.
If it's checked, just uncheck it.

You can simply just Simply Add it to the Trusted software . On the control panel

I use to use google chrome for quite some time until it started running slow, neither have i ever come across this, try updating chrome to the latest version. If that doesnt help tryin switching to mozilla firefox, i think you will enjoy it better than chrome.

Don't use Google Chrome It's isn't Safe to use. Use Firefox It's safe to use

Try uninstalling and reinstalling it.
If that does not work, I don't know what will.

Go to options and make sure it always launch as admin, otherwise test out to reinstall.
