I suggest calling up the company which you bought it from and request a refund or replacement or even support.

It may be your ram it may be your HDD may be any type of hardware.
ive had RAM problems and it caused my pc to bsod.
Post the error code and i will be able to help you out.

Yeah try to call up. Or i would highly reccommend to get it to a repair shop or experts and get it checked.
