Well. I understand you want to look bigger and u dont need to gain weight to do this. When you workout you rip the muscles and when they rebuild they become bigger. Also drinking Creatine will fill your muscles with water making you look bigger without gaining weight and having any Health risks.

i think you don't have to use special food or something you eat how you eat thats my opinion.

Eat as much as possible. Cut the hell back on caffeine. Eat lots of carbs etc and just wait for it to happen.

What does caffeine do to the body that is unhealthy? I mean i know it isn't good for the body, maybe the sugar? I've started to workout a lot more, maybe I'll gain some muscle mass.
