It's pretty bad if I'm honest.

All you've done is put some text next to a picture on a black background. It's very boring, has no flow, and the font is pretty horrible.

ya you really didn't do much to it....just add black background and some text....

Add some more colors and effects, this can with ease be done in 35 seconds or so.

Nothing has been done to change the image in anyway. You just added text to the to the side.

Try to remove the background and add something else.
