Saints Rows 3 or LA Noire

I would say saints row 3 because I loved Saints Row 2 and LA Noire is not going to be for PC or Mac

Saint's Row, it's kicked GTA's ass at times, and it's storyline seems more funny.

I would have to say LA Noire. My reason is because it is not a game you just run through going RAMBO shooting people up. Its a unique game that takes thinking to beat. The interigations are very indepth. It's a more than 2 disk game, and I like game that last a long time. And the game took 7 years to make according to Rockstar.
