Yeah, I couldn't think of any diseases either (again, those stupid milk commercials, lol).Just be sure to try and keep the rest of your diet balanced :]

Anything is unhealthy in massive excess. You should just cut down a little, it might not be affecting you as much though.

I don't think that's bad, as long as the cocoa powder you eat is not full of sugar.
Chocolate, in moderation, is very healthy. It's got as much anti-oxidants as red wine, can give you a decent amount of energy, and can make your brain produce the same endorphins that it produces during sex; and dude, it's chocolate ;)

*I eat a whole family sized bar of dark chocolate a day, simply because it makes me feel good.

Cocaine does all that, except for the antioxidants, is that healthy?

I did say "in moderation", didn't I? And dark chocolate has much less calories and fat than milk chocolate. Plus, if you're consuming hot cocoa (meaning its in the liquid form), chances are there are hardly any cocoa butter in it, which means that there is not much cholesterol to worry about. It's the sugar that gives you much of the downside of eating chocolate.

And no, Cocaine does not give you energy, it's a stimulant (like caffeine). It helps you release the energy that you already have.

sugar doesn't give you energy either, hence the crash. They're empty calories which your body burns through, which turns directly into fat.

So, what you're saying is, I can do cocaine for the same effect, as long as I don't
do too much, because there's no calories, and I won't get fat from cocaine.

Sir, sugar does give you energy. It's a polysaccharide made up of glucose and fructose that are sources of energy in our body. They turn to fat when they are in excess, it is a way of our body storing energy for whenever we need it the most.

And no, I'm not saying you should do cocaine. That's self-explanatory.

Please don't mistake this post as some sort of "assy" reply. I'm just sharing knowledge. Peace Oui

Well, cocaine causes your brain to produce high levels of dopamine,
which is partially the cause for the energetic feeling. So, what you're
saying is, a chemical in your body the does such a thing is only ALLUDING to actually having an increase in function?

That doesn't seem right. Dopamine may not be sugar, but that *is* a form of
energy that the body can use. (At least in the sense there is something to be gained from high levels of the neurotransmitter.)
Funny thing is, chocolate causes the same effect. (hence the happy feeling, and term "Chocoholic").

cocaine. I'm pretty sure cocaine is derived from the cocoa plant, by the way.

Not only that, there's a difference between the kinds of ways you ingest sugar.
Since everything you eat eventually breaks down into sugar,
eating candy is like putting icing on top of a cake that's already been iced.

Sir, Dopamine is a substance in your brain that signals the activity of your sympathetic or "fight or flight" nervous system which makes you more active, making you move a lot, using some energy. While chocolate can do a similar thing in a smaller scale, chocolate candy bars do contain sugar, which is a good source of excess energy (without being full, being full directs blood flow to the digestive system, decreasing the blood flow in our brain, making us a bit sleepy/lazy), thus making you quite active.

And sir, Cocaine, I believe, comes from "coca" leaves (what "coca-cola" is named after, they used cocaine a long time before), and chocolate comes from Cacao beans.

I may not have my bachelor's degree yet, but I currently am taking up Medical Technology. I'm not stating this to brag, but merely to say that what I said above is (more or less) quite legitimate, and is what is being taught to us students.
