I would have to place this Last on the list of things you should get a girl. Especially if she's self conscious of herself. They will usually end up throwing them out or giving them to someone else anyway, because of the whole thought process of "I think i'm fat," with most girls. It's the thought that counts, but if they can actually enjoy the gift, that's a bonus. Things like sweets and chocolates won't last as long.
