Sony already lost the PSP to hacking and piracy, they're going to file lawsuits on every hacker that tries touching their PS3 now.

As a gamer I think it's important that the console manufacturers ensure proper security to both keep the game fair and prevent theft/fraud. Although it may be a little harsh, I don't blame them for trying to make an example out of a few people. Hopefully they'll settle for something minuscule and the effected people can carry on with their lives.

I found it funny how they're gathering all of the ip's of the people who visited the hackers site. Honestly, I think it's a bluff to scare everybody from all of the hacks.

Sony has a lot of issues like sueing hackers for jailbreaking the play station.
