Why I like SupportForums more than HF

Hey guys.

I just signed up here after i saw this link in Omni's HF profile
Now here are my few views about this forum :-

Why I like it more than HF

- First of all, better quality posts.
- No skid stuff related to hacking (like Hacking Programs and all). Basically, more of White Hat.
- Much more importance on supporting people emotionally and otherwise
- Better groups.
- Good graphics of the forum.
- The Life Support section is the most awesome and interesting section.


A few questions

- Whats the difference between "Money Making and Finances" and "Money Making Online" ?
- Why is this not promoted on HF that much ? (due to fear of LQ?)

Yes it's promoted on HF... The best way is to get 100 posts on SF to get an award on HF.

I didn't see anything about this sites in any ads, banners or in any sigs on HF. That's why i asked.

Also, there is an SF add at the bottom of HF page but I'm Ub3r so I don't see it. You may be L33t or Ub3r that's why you don't see it.

this is merely a guess,but woud guess that money making and finances is more to do with preservation of finances,and money making online is more on the profitting side.

nice post,and agree with it to,though programs that help bypass learning code and hacking manualy isnt always a bad thing,they do help those at the beginner end understand the small basics without being thrown in deeply,but in own case anyway woud not be able to hack without some tools mixed in the process due to disabilities affecting numbers amongst other things that are needed to understand code.
so a lot of them may be skiddy but in own view they arent LQ; thats up to the person using them whether they want to look like an ignorant, flamer muppet or someone who can post high quality.

SupportForums is a totally different environment then HackForums.

Lots of kids go to HF to learn how to hack, hence all the "Help me please" threads.
SupportForums is for people that turn to the internet for support on topics.

I like both equally, but I will still be more active on HF. I joined because I want support feather but that doesn't mean I'm just going to turn around and leave when I get it.

They are pretty much same forum, just with different base topics.

HF = Hacking - SF = Support

and I came to know about Support feather just now so am definitely not into this only for that.

There's a lot less 1-10 post leechers around here.

On HF, I see a lot of, "help me", then they never come back.
It's much nicer and friendlier here.
