You won't get anything decent for 200 bucks.

You'd be better off saving it and putting it towards something better.

Although if you're just wanting to browse the net, you could get a tablet.

yeah, I have a netbook (Toshiba) and it is horrible for anything other than the internet...
I need to reformat it and just clear the HDD because it runs extremely slow.

(That is why I let my mom have it >:])
