Get a couple of heavy dumbbells, do little repetitions. Have an entire burger/steak sandwich for lunch, or as some would advice, a protein shake (although I won't, I don't like how it tastes). Try to eat more meals, containing protein and carbs; not rice though it easily burns, a flight of stairs can burn around 1/2 cup of white rice.

It is because of your metabolism enjoy it why it lasts because you will wake up one day thinking "jesus im a fat fudge". Especially if you like to eat excessively

it's a process, eat more slowly. Don't try it all at once or you'll get sick.

Thats weird for 6 foot you should be more , you should go to a doctor .
