Compilation: Windows 7 Dark Themes

I've applied the theme, but i've only got a black taskbar and black other stuff


The taskbar thing at the bottom, along with the taskbar skin at the top, is that a third-party thing or what? Some guy, obviously an idiot , said to copy some files to the system folder, idk.

Just so you know, that toolbar thing turned out to be 'Rain Meter' with various skins + apps added.

I remembered this thread on HF. I am using the 10th theme with the picture of the girl as the wallpaper.

Dam this is cool, i downloaded the darkclear theme but i need some help installing it, pm me if you cabn help me out?
