Hovering over the Earth
The wind howling loudly
Not a cloud to be seen
I watch as it soars by
The eagle hunts for prey

I had to do something similar to this for my writing composition class. I had to make a story out with 25 words or less (I think it was 25, or maybe it was 100?) The goal of the assignment was, "How short can a story really be?" I wish I can find the examples my professor used, they were all great and really made you think.
By the way, this was exactly 25 words. Was that intentional?

No it was no intentional to have only 25 words. I tend to write without limitations. I can do long, short, rhyming..or whatever. I've been writing poetry since I was a teen. I had books and books filled up but they were lost unfortunately. I still write though after all these years.

Interesting, how you fit it all in 25 words. Nice
